Ron has been a CFHA board member since 2017. He also serves on the boards of the Hermann Regional Economic Development group, Meramec Regional Planning Commission and the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. Ron has president of the Hermann Area Chamber of Commerce, having served several terms in that position. He is also president of Hermann Lions Club. Ron lives in the Hermann area and is a retired banker from Peoples Savings Bank and CitiGroup.
Tom JacquinVice President
Tom has been an active member of the CFHA Board since 2014. Tom was born and raised in Hermann and volunteers for many other organizations throughout the local community, including the Hermann Area Fire Department, St. George School and Parish, National Wild Turkey Federation, QUWF, Blue and White Night, Fraternity Order of Eagles in Hermann. Tom is widely recognized locally as the emcee for many benefits. He and his wife, Randi, have two children.
Hermann native Melissa Overcamp is a co-founder of the Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer and continues to serve as a board member for that organization. She and her husband have two grown sons.
Dustin has been President of the CFHA Board since 2017. Before becoming President, he served as Vice President from 2015-2017 and has been on the board since 2010. Dustin was born and raised in Hermann where he has worked for the family business, Kallmeyer Bros. Enterprises, Inc., since 2005. Dustin has been an active volunteer in our community and served on several boards including the Crusade Against Cancer from 2007-2010, the Gasconade Co R-1 School Board from 2013-2017 and YOUTH Day since 2017. He has been a member of Jaycee’s and the River City Cruiser Car Club. Dustin is married to Chelsie Kallmeyer and blessed with four wonderful kids.
Martha HermosilloFoundation Coordinator
Martha was born in Nebraska and grew up in California. She has deep family roots in Hermann and moved here in 2020 after retiring from public service in California. A good part of her career was spent in child protective services. She ended her career as a grant-maker for the California Children and Families Act (Prop 10). Martha has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master’s in Social Work. She lives in Rhineland with her husband and two dogs.
Justin AlfermanBoard Member
Alferman began public service in 2009, working as a legislative aide to then Representative Brian Yates. He soon left the state of Missouri, turning to advocacy work with Patek and Associates, a government relations firm. Alferman worked on various campaigns for the next couple of years, returning to public service in 2012 as chief of staff for the assistant majority floor leader Mike Cierpiot. At the same time, he was elected to the Hermann Board of Alderman, an office he would hold until 2014.
In 2014, Alferman was elected State Representative of the 61st District, an area including Washington, New Haven, and Hermann. He was appointed vice-chair of the budget in his second term. He resigned his seat when asked by then Lt. Governor Mike Parson to join his administration.
In 2018, joined Governor Mike Parson’s staff as legislative director. While working for the governor, Alferman coordinated a team of department liaisons advocating for the governor’s legislative agenda and was successful in navigating many legislative priorities, including infrastructure investment and workforce development.
Alferman joined the SSM advocacy team in December of 2019. He lives just north of Hermann with his wife Amy, daughter Layla, and son Ezra.
Stephanie AustermannBoard Member
Stephanie has been an active member of the CFHA Board since 2021. Stephanie was born and raised in the Hermann/Berger area and resides here today with her husband Eric and son Jackson. She also serves on the Gasconade County R-1 Alumni Association Board and volunteers with the Hermann Athletic Boosters. Stephanie has been a nurse for 21 years and enjoys boating and spending time outdoors.
Carol BrandtBoard Member
Carol joined the CHFA board in 2020 and currently serves as leader of the Grants Committee. She is a lifelong resident of Hermann area and actively involved in many organizations. Carol has served on the Gasconade County Mental Health Board treasurer since 2007. For the past 25 years, Carol has been a member of the Hermann Fire Auxiliary, currently serving as treasurer. She lives in Hermann with her husband, Glenn, and has two sons.
Chuck HartbauerBoard Member
Chuck was born and raised in Washington, Missouri. He and his wife, Betty, moved to Hermann in 2001 and started a traditional bed and breakfast in their home, known as the Lydia Johnson Inn. Chuck currently chairs the City of Hermann Landmarks Commission and Hermann Veterans Memorial Parkway. He is on the board of Historic Hermann Inc., served on the Tourism Commission, and co-chaired the Hermann Maifest Council. Chuck is an honorary member of Hermann VFW Post 4182 and the Hermann Garden Club.
Gary HeldtBoard Member
Gary has been on the CFHA board since 2015 and previously served as vice president. He is an active member of the community and has served as president of the Hermann Chamber of Commerce and on the board of the Hermann Hospital Foundation. He is on the Board of Directors of the Erik Heldt Memorial Scholarship Fund. Gary is retired from the MFA in Rhineland/ Hermann where he was general manager for 35 years. He resides just north of Hermann with his wife, Patty.
Brent HellmanBoard Member
Brett became an ex-officio member of the CFHA Board in 2019. He was born and raised in Washington, Missouri, and moved to Hermann from Jefferson City in 2010 to continue his law practice. Brett has been married to Tamara for 33 years and they are blessed with two children.
Melissa LensingBoard Member
Melissa is executive director of the Hermann Area Chamber of Commerce and also serves on the Herman Regional Economic Development Commission and as a core leader for the GRO Hermann economic development grant project. She and her husband Brian also manage his grandparents’ farm in Rhineland. Melissa retired in 2017 from a career in human resources management, most recently with GKN Aerospace in St. Louis.
Dr. Geoff NeillBoard Member
Dr. Geoff Neill joined the CFHA board in 2021. Geoff is superintendent of the Gasconade County R-1 School District in Hermann and an active member of the Hermann Lions Club, Hermann Knights of Columbus, and St. George’s parish. Geoff Lives just outside Hermann with his wife Amy and daughters Morgan and Josie.
Janet RodgersBoard Member
Janet is Assistant Vice President and Community Bank Manager with First State Community Bank in Hermann. She is an active board member of the Hermann Senior Housing Corporation and River Bluff Industries, a sheltered workshop for individuals with disabilities. She and her husband Dean enjoy family time, travelling, golf, and cruising in their 1940 Chevy sedan with the River City Cruisers car club.
Zach StobartBoard Member
Zach, who joined CFHA Board in 2019, is the St. George School principal. He previously taught 12 years at Hermann High School, where he coordinated the Scholar Bowl team and co-sponsored the National Honor Society. Since moving to Hermann in 2007, he has coordinated the youth soccer league, taught confirmation and PSR classes at St. George Church, and been an active member of the Hermann Jaycees. Zach and his wife have four children.
Stephanie WalkerBoard Member
Stephanie joined the CFHA board in 2021. She was born and raised in Hermann, where she owns the family business, Strassner Furniture. She was Athletic Committee treasurer and Home and School Secretary at St. George Catholic School. She is married to police Chief, Marlon Walker, has two daughters who attend Hermann High School and three bonus children.
Mark WallaceBoard Member
Mark joined the CFHA Board in 2020. He has held the position the City Administrator for the City of Hermann since 2014 and has worked for the city in various capacities since 2001. Mark previously worked 22 years for a rural water district in Jefferson County, Missouri. He serves on the Hermann Community Food Pantry board, the Showboat Community Theatre board and represents the city on a number of local and state commissions and boards. Mark lives in Rhineland with his wife Marla and their dog Dingo. When not working, Mark enjoys playing bass guitar and fishing.
