Dustin Kallmeyer


Dustin has been President of the CFHA Board since 2017. Before becoming President, he served as Vice President from 2015-2017 and has been on the board since 2010. Dustin was born and raised in Hermann where he has worked for the family business, Kallmeyer Bros. Enterprises, Inc., since 2005. Dustin has been an active volunteer in our community and served on several boards including the Crusade Against Cancer from 2007-2010, the Gasconade Co R-1 School Board from 2013-2017 and YOUTH Day since 2017. He has been a member of Jaycee’s and the River City Cruiser Car Club. Dustin is married to Chelsie Kallmeyer and blessed with four wonderful kids. 

Gary Heldt

Vice President

Gary has been on the board of the CFHA since 2015 and currently serves as Vice President. Gary is an active member of the community and has served as President of the Hermann Chamber of Commerce and as board member of the Hermann Hospital Foundation. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Erik Heldt Memorial Scholarship Fund. Gary is retired from the MFA in Rhineland/ Hermann where he was General Manager for 35 years. He resides just north of Hermann with his wife, Patty. 

Paula Pierce


Paula has been a CFHA board member 10 years and Secretary for 9 of those years. She has lived in Hermann community for 22 years and is actively involved with Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer (chair and co-founder), established in 2005. Paula served as President of Hermann Area District Hospital Auxiliary from 2004-2015 and a member of the Hermann Area District Hospital Board of Directors for 6 years. She is past President of Missouri Association of Hospital Auxiliaries and served on the MAHA Board for 8 years. Paula has been a member of Hermann Lions Club for 3 years. Her husband, Carl, is a founder of the CFHA. They reside just outside of the Hermann city limits.  

Lisa Schulte


Lisa has been a CFHA board member since 2016 and is currently the Treasurer. She is a lifelong resident of Hermann area and actively involved in many organizations. Lisa is on the board of the Hermann Area Ambulance District, currently serving as Secretary. For the past 34 years, Lisa has been a member of the Hermann Fire Auxiliary. She lives outside of Hermann and has two sons and four grandchildren.

Brian Grannemann

Board Member

Brian has been a CFHA board member since 2015. He also serves as a board member for River Bluff Industries and the Back-to-School Backpack Program. In the past, Brian has been a board member for Historic Hermann, Hermann Chamber of Commerce, IDA, The Showboat community Theatre, and St. Paul’s UCC. Brian resides in the Hermann area and has been married to his wife, Amy, for 32 years. They have five children. He has been in the service industry for 35 years and owner of Brian Grannemann Service Inc. for 21 years.

James Holland

Board Member

A past president of CFHA, Jim has served on the board since its inception in 2005. Jim is very active in the community and involved in many local organizations. He is a past president of Hermann Jaycees and the Hermann Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as a Gasconade County commissioner. He lives in Hermann with his wife, Janice, and three children.

Tom Jacquin

Board Member

Tom has been an active member of the CFHA Board since 2014. Tom was born and raised in Hermann and volunteers for many other organizations throughout the local community, including the Hermann Area Fire Department, St. George School and Parish, National Wild Turkey Federation, QUWF, Blue and White Night, Fraternity Order of Eagles in Hermann – just to name a few. Tom is widely recognized locally as the emcee for many benefits. He and his wife, Randi, have two children.  

Ron Kraettli

Board Member

Ron has been a CFHA board member since 2017. He also serves on the boards of the Hermann Regional Economic Development group, the Meramec Regional Planning Commission and the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. Ron has been President of the Hermann Area Chamber of Commerce, having served several terms in that position. He is also the 2nd Vice President of Hermann Lions Club. Ron lives in the Hermann area and is a retired banker from Peoples Savings Bank and CitiGroup.

Lois Kruse

Board Member

Lois has been a CFHA board member since 2011. A retired elementary teacher and principal, Lois has been involved in non-profit activities in Hermann and beyond since 1969. The Brush & Palette Club, the Gasconade County Historical Society, the Deutschheim Verein, River Bluff Industries, Hermann Senior Housing and the Emmaus Homes, Inc. are key non-profit organizations to which she is currently committed or has been committed in the past. Lois lives in Hermann with her husband, Don.

Cathy Lloyd

Board Member

Cathy has been on the board of CFHA since 2016. She was born and raised in Hermann, where she helped her family run a health care business until 2015 and raised her two sons, who now attend college. Cathy has been a strong presence in the Hermann community and is a generous donor to local causes. 

Bartow Molloy

Board Member

Bartow has served on the CFHA board since 2018. Although only a member of the Hermann community for 13 years, Bartow has been actively involved in several charities and organizations including The Giving Council, which she founded in 2016. She is currently President of the Hermann Community Food Pantry and co-director of the Community Christmas program. Bartow serves on the board of the Santa Rampage charity, and the Hermann Garden Club. She lives outside of Hermann with her husband, Brian.

Scott Smith

Board Member

Scott has served on the board of CFHA since 2018. He is also a board member of the Hermann Regional Economic Development group. Scott is the Gasconade County R‐I School District Superintendent and lives in the Hermann area with his wife and family.

Bart Toedtmann

Board Member

Bart joined the board of the CFHA in 2010. As a lifelong resident of Hermann, Bart is involved in many facets of our community. He currently serves as President of the Hermann Industrial Development Authority (IDA) and the Hermann Regional Economic Development (HRED) group. Bart has been the past President of the Hermann Jaycees and the CFHA. He currently is the Chairman of Peoples Savings Bank and co-owner Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home. Bart resides in Hermann with wife Kris. They have two grown children.

Tim Ulhorn

Board Member

Tim joined the Hermann community in 2010 and became a board member of CFHA in 2018. He is the former Hermann Jaycees President, Vice President, and Treasurer. Tim supports Hermann Youth Sports by coaching and/or assisting a coach. He lives outside of Hermann with wife, Kacie, and three children.

Board Member

Brett became an ex officio member of the CFHA Board in 2019. He was born and raised in Washington, Missouri, and moved to Hermann from Jefferson City in 2010 to continue his law practice. Brett has been married to Tamara for 33 years and they are blessed with two children.

Lynnette Watts

Foundation Coordinator

Lynnette moved to Hermann from Arkansas with her husband, Michael, in 2018 to be closer to her daughter and family in St. Louis. In Arkansas, Lynnette had a long career in the nonprofit sector, working in philanthropy with such organizations as The Nature Conservancy, Heifer International and the Diocese of Little Rock. Most recently, Lynnette retired from the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas where she served as Executive Director. She also has served as Affiliate Coordinator for the Arkansas Community Foundation. Lynnette and Michael also have a son who lives in North Carolina.
